These Terms and Conditions apply to any material on this website or delivered to the trader via Forex Global Trading Company. Forex Global Trading Company specifically disclaims any responsibility for any liability, loss, or risk, personal or otherwise, which is incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use and application of any of the contents of this website or associated systems, software and managed solutions.

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. These Terms of Services constitute an agreement between You (“the Client”) and Kaylex Capital Inc. (“the company”). These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions under which Kaylex Capital. provides its services including electronic access to the Client’s account. It also defines the terms, conditions as well as your obligations in regard to any transactions.

1. General: 1.1. The Client opens a managed trading account for real-time Forex trading through the Company’s web-site.
1.2. The Client deposits money in electronic currency (3500 USD at least) and/or via bank transfer (3500 USD at least) and invests it into investment plans offered by the Company, and the Company participates in Forex trading sessions on behalf and in favor of the Client.
1.3. The Company is not a broker, or financial advisor of the Client. The Company provides a managed trading account only to the client.

2. Account: 2.1. The Client can open as many accounts as he/she wishes.
2.2. The Client can increase his/her account using one or several types of deposit means.

3. Investment Terms and Conditions

3.1. The Client invests money into one managed account:

the investment of $3500 minimum - No maximum, Client has complete control at all times to halt trading.

4. Performance: 4.1. The company makes no performance guarantees to the client. Please read the risk warning at the footer of the website.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 5.1. This Agreement and all the terms herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belize Capital Law without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.
5.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiating. If negotiations are no success, such disputes shall be settled in courts of Belize under Belize legislation.

The security of your personal information
We employ security software, systems, and procedures to offer you a safe and secure trading environment and protect your personal information.

FXGTC may share Web site usage information about visitors to the Web site with reputable advertising companies for targeting our Internet banner advertisements on this site and other sites. To administer and improve the FXGTC web site, we may use a third party to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information, including page requests, form requests, and click paths.
